Management Review
NSBU shall implement a process for the review of the status of HSE compliance and performance. Reviews by HSE-related committees or other similar groups should be at regular documented time intervals, developed to ensure timely action on HSE issues. Such reviews shall be documented and include incident statistics, leading edge metrics, audit findings, incident investigations, and best practices. Provision should be included for ad-hoc reviews of critical items. In addition, management review(s) of the system and its effectiveness shall be included and used as a tool for leading continuous improvement. The reviews shall be conducted at least annually by the ZZZ leader. The reviews shall assess system strengths and weaknesses and include, as appropriate: the need for policy changes; objectives, goals, and work plans in light of changing circumstances and the commitment to continually improve; resource allocation for system implementation and maintenance; performance measures; audit results; significant issues from risk assessments and changing regulatory requirements. |

Проведение проверок руководством
В DDD внедрен процесс проверки статуса соответствия и эффективности выполнения требований ОТ, ТБ и ООС. Не основании определенной в документации периодичности комитатами, связанными с ОТ, ТБ и ООС, или аналогичными рабочими группами должны проводиться проверки с целью обеспечения своевременных мероприятий по вопросам ОТ, ТБ И ООС. Такие проверки оформляются документально и включают в себя статистику о происшествиях, самые актуальные показатели, результаты проверок, данные расследований происшествий и информацию о наилучшей практике. Необходимо предусмотреть положения о специальных проверках наиболее важных элементов. Кроме того, сюда включается проверка(-и) системы и ее эффективности руководством, которая используется в качестве инструмента для управления непрерывным усовершенствованием. Проверки проводятся как минимум один раз в год руководителем ZZZ. В ходе проверок оцениваются сильные и слабые стороны системы и при необходимости определяется: необходимость изменений в политике; цели, задачи и планы мероприятий в свете меняющихся обстоятельств и обязательств по непрерывному усовершенствованию; распределение ресурсов для внедрения системы и поддержания ее в актуальном состоянии; показатели эффективности; результаты проверки; значимые проблемы, выявленные в результате оценки рисков и в связи с изменениями законодательных требований.
