Нормы содержат требования и положения, обязательные при проектировании объектов, сооружений и технологических процессов обустройства систем сбора, транспорта, подготовки нефти, нефтяного газа и пластовых вод, заводнения нефтяных пластов, газлифтной эксплуатации нефтяных скважин, водоснабжения и канализации, телемеханизации, автоматизации и механизации производственных процессов, электроснабжения, связи и сигнализации, теплоснабжения, отопления, вентиляции, кондиционирования воздуха, а также требования по охране труда и технике безопасности, охране окружающей среды на нефтяных месторождениях Министерства нефтяной промышленности.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Rules contain requirements and regulations that are binding during the designing of facilities, structures and processes for construction of the systems for gathering, transportation and treatment of oil, oil gas and reservoir water, waterflooding of oil reservoirs, gas lift operation of oil wells, water supply and sewerage, telemechanization, automation and heat supply, HVAC systems, and HSE requirements at the oil field of the Ministry of Oil Industry.
