Equipment Specific Strategy Guidelines
Ranking equipment based on its criticality can drive decision making in many key areas. These areas are:
1. Routine Maintenance - Levels of routine maintenance activities can be determined by equipment type for each criticality level. Preventive and predictive activities can vary all the way from doing nothing for the least critical equipment(beyond monitoring by Operators), to tailor made activities specific to a piece of equipment and its components for the most critical equipment. Intermediate levels of criticality can be assigned 'template' maintenance activities, using standard industry and practices. Also, work prioritization can be driven by equipment criticality, where more work than resources exists.
2. Turnaround Maintenance - Levels of inspection and frequency of inspection can be set by considering the criticality level of equipment. Also, the quality and extent of repairs can be varied considering the criticality of the equipment.
3. Training - The organization needs to be trained most on the engineering, maintenance and operation of the highest criticality level of equipment.
4. Procedures - Specific operating and maintenance procedures need to be written for pieces of equipment that are the most critical.
5. Operator Monitoring - Generic monitoring based on good operating practices are OK for less critical equipment, but the most critical need operating and performance monitoring tailored to its failure modes and functionality. |

Классификация оборудования по степеням критичности может потребовать принятия решений во многих основных областях. К таким областям относятся:
1. Регламентные работы по ТО – Уровень повседневных мероприятий по техническому обслу-живанию может быть обусловлен типом оборудования для каждой степени критичности. Профилактические и предупредительные работы могут различаться: для наименее критично-го оборудования – они могут не проводиться (за исключением контроля со стороны операто-ров), для оборудования с наивысшей степенью критичности – специально разработанные мероприятия для конкретного оборудования и его компонентов. Для средней степени критич-ности назначаются "шаблонные" мероприятия по ТО, с применением стандартных по отрасли работ. Также, приоритетность работ может быть обусловлена критичностью оборудования, когда объём работ превышает объём трудовых ресурсов.
2. Циклы технического обслуживания – Степень и частота контроля устанавливаются с учётом степени критичности оборудования. Качество и степень ремонтных работ могут также разли-чаться в зависимости от критичности оборудования.
3. Обучение – Специалисты должны пройти соответствующую подготовку преимущественно в области проектирования, технического обслуживания и эксплуатации оборудования с самой высокой степенью критичности.
4. Процедуры – Специфические процедуры по эксплуатации и ТО для наиболее критичного оборудования должны быть детально изложены в письменном виде.
5. Мониторинг оператора – Универсальный мониторинг, основанный на положительной экс-плуатационной практике, подходит для менее критичного оборудования, но для оборудова-ния с наивысшей степенью критичности требуется оперативный мониторинг и контроль за рабочими характеристиками, разработанный с учётом режимов сбоев и функциональности.
