SAP is the recognized tool used in ZZZ Company to provide a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). It is evident from OE Assessments, OE Seminars and GIS surveys that most locations around the company are experiencing significant difficulty with SAP. Consequently, the Business Units (BUs) have had difficulties in setting up efficient maintenance management systems to support operating efficiency improvements through maintenance optimizations i.e. improved equipment reliability, uptimes and manpower and cost control.

SAP – это общепризнанный инструмент, который используется в компании ZZZ для обеспечения функционирования компьютеризированной системы управления техническим обслуживанием (КСУТО). Из Анализов ПЭ, Семинаров по ПЭ и ГИС-исследований очевидно, что в большинстве организационных единиц по компании персонал испытывает значительные трудности в работе с SAP. Следовательно, у Бизнес-подразделений (БП) возникли проблемы с настройкой эффективной системы управления техническим обслуживанием для поддержки улучшений в области повышения эффективности через оптимизацию процесса технического обслуживания, т.е. повышенную надежность оборудования, увеличение периода работоспособности систем и управления рабочей силой, а также контроль за уровнем затрат.
