5.1.5 Establishing the audil team
In close consultation with the Head of Division IV the audit team coordinator identifies the audit team.
The size and composition of the audit team is related to:
- audit objective (quality system + number of techniques), scope (biank audit, initial audit, surveillance audit, reassessment audit), location, estimated duration and date
- competence requirements
- confidentiality requirements (EDIV/07). The confidentiality agreement must be signed by each auditor prior auditing
- acceptanceof each auditor ofthe audit team by the auditee on the basis of their CVs (see typical CVs: EDiV/08)
Experts may be called upon to supplement the capability ofthe designated audit team and in this capacity should only act in the specific area of competence in accordance with predefined rules by the team coordinator. The technical or other expert provides additional understanding of any specific issues and guidance on the significance of any observation. |

5.1.5. Формирование проверяющей группы
Проверяющая группа формируется координатором проверяющей группы в тесном взаимодействии с начальником Подразделения IV.
Размер и состав проверяющей группы зависит от:
- цели проверки (система качества + количество методик), объема (предварительная проверка, первоначальная проверка, обзорная проверка, повторная проверка), местоположения, предполагаемой продолжительности и даты.
- требований к компетентности
- требований конфиденциальности (EDIV/07). Соглашение о конфиденциальности информации должен быть подписан каждым проверяющим до начала проверки.
- отсутствие возражений в отношении любого из членов проверяющей группы со стороны проверяемой организацией на основании их резюме (смотрите установленные формы резюме: EDIV/08)
Возможность дополнительного привлечения специалистов к назначенной проверяющей группе также предусмотрена, при этом в данном качестве они должны осуществлять свою деятельность исключительно в конкретной области знаний в соответствии с правилами, предварительно определенными координатором группы. Специалист по техническим или иным вопросам позволяет более детально разобраться в любых конкретных вопросах и определить значимость сделанных наблюдений.
