04.25.07 Legal Translation. A document on insurance of employees was a Polish to Russian translation. Deals with different types of life insurance offered by the company to its employees, contains information on ways of calculating payable amounts and lists all categories of entitled employees. Lists of covered injuries and inability types are also included. The document itself is a part of a large multilingual project, involving translations from different European languages.

04.15.07 Legal Translation. Marketing Services Agreement was the subject of this English to Russian translation. It was an agreement similar to thousands of other legal documents with introduction and preamble, defining the subject-matter, term of agreement, rights and obligations of the parties, warranties, remedies, remuneration, with confidentiality and force majeure clauses, as well as other miscellaneous provisions. Our translators didn't experience much difficulty in making this English Russian translation, although some particular aspects of this agreement required great effort and skills in legal translation.

04.10.07 Legal Translation. The document was to be translated from English to Russian language and contained Guidelines on vertical restraints. The Guidelines set out the principles for the assessment of vertical agreements under Article 81 of the EC Treaty. The notion of Vertical Agreements is defined in Article 2(1) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 2790/1999 of 22 December 1999 on the application of Article 81(3) of the Treaty to categories of vertical agreements and concerted practices (Block Exemption Regulation). As you understand, this Russian translation required special background in legal documentation and anti-monopoly practices of European Commission. In order to provide the best translation from English to Russian, we had to consult legal experts from a number of Internet resources and study a few other documents of the Commission that deal with the same issues.

03.06.07 Legal Translation. Bylaws of a Russian closed joint-stock company that performs activities in oil field exploration and associated civil and industrial construction. This was a regular Russian to English legal translation project involving well-known expressions and terminology of constituent documents of a legal entity. The project didn't involve too many hardships for a translator, though some effort was required to translate the article of the Bylaws about the company's activities.

02.17.07 Legal Translation. Part 436 of the Trade Regulation Rules of Federal Trade Commission. The Part governs disclosure requirements and prohibitions concerning franchising and business opportunity ventures in connection with advertising, offering, contracting, sale or other promotion. The text contains plenty of legal vocabulary and was translated with special degree of care.
