The Group led by ___________ will have the following responsibilities:
• Procure Land and Warehouse rental space for the set up of “The Factory” – (rent to be at market rates). Including a temporary warehouse (3 months) with at least 6 Meters high, 2.500 Square Meters of covered roof and additional 2.500 Square Meters of fenced open space as well as Trifasic Electricity and water supply.
• Land for a permanent site must be 10.000 Square Meters.
• Obtain all of the necessary permits for “The Factory” to operate and the sandwich plates to comply with building and construction codes in ___________.
• Obtain all of the necessary permits: legal, fiscal, government and civil authorities for the factory to operate. Arrange all working visas for employees and executives of the factory
• Select and have ready for factory set-up team a recruiting agency so sales personnel, factory workers and admin staff can be hired.
• Select and have ready lodging facilities as well as transportation (at least a couple of vehicles) for the set-up team as well as the factory manager and the service manager. |

• Организация аренды Земли и Складских помещений для открытия Фабрики – (арендная плата должна быть на уровне рыночных цен). • Подобрать и подготовить для работы в группе по открытию фабрики кадровое агентство, которое обеспечит набор торгового персонала, рабочих и руководящих работников.
• Подобрать и подготовить жилье и транспорт (хотя бы несколько автомобилей) для группы по открытию фабрики, а также для управляющего фабрики и управляющего вспомогательными службами.
