| Any dispute, controversy or claim which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the execution, breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in London in accordance with the rules of the LCIA Court. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The parties expressly waive their rights, if any, to recourse to the courts of England and Wales or any other court of competent jurisdiction, including but not limited to their rights under sections 45 and 69 of the Arbitration Act of 1996, to determine any points of law arising in the course of, or out of an award made in any proceedings conducted under this Agreement. The amount rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. |

Все споры или претензии, вытекающие из настоящего Договора или связанные с ним, а также вопросы его исполнения, нарушения, расторжения или недействительности разрешаются арбитражным судом г. Лондона в соответствии с Правилами Лондонского международного арбитражного суда. Дела рассматривает один арбитражный судья. Процессуальным языком арбитражного разбирательства является английский. Стороны прямо отказались от своих прав, если таковые имеются, на обращение с регрессными требованиями в суды Англии и Уэльса или в любой другой суд надлежащей юрисдикции, включая, помимо прочего, их права по разделам 45 и 69 Закона об арбитраже от 1996г., для установления каких-либо юридических фактов, учтенных или неучтенных в арбитражном решении по какому-либо делу, которое рассматривалось по настоящему Договору. Сумма обязательств, установленная решением арбитражного судьи, является окончательной, имеет обязательную силу для сторон и может принудительно взыскиваться в судебном порядке в любых судах надлежащей юрисдикции.
