| 2.1. Лицензиар предоставляет Лицензиату исключительное бессрочное право использования (далее Лицензия) программного комплекса ZZZZ, а Лицензиат принимает и оплачивает Лицензию на программный комплекс ZZZZ в выбранном варианте по странам использования и услуги технической поддержки по ценам, указанным в Приложении №1 к настоящему Договору. 2.2. Порядок предоставления услуг технической поддержки, сроки и порядок оплаты, а также иные условия технической поддержки оговариваются Сторонами в отдельном Договоре. Настоящим Стороны устанавливают, что в течение 12 месяцев со дня заключения настоящего Договора, услуги Лицензиара по технической поддержке программного комплекса ZZZZ являются обязательными. |

2.1. The Licensor shall grant to the Licensee an exclusive perpetual right to use (the License) ZZZZ software, and the Licensee shall accept and pay for the License for ZZZZ software in the variant selected for particular countries of use, and for technical support services at the rates specified in Annex No1 hereto. 2.2. The procedure for providing technical support services, terms and conditions of payments, as well as other technical support conditions shall be agreed by the Parties in a separate agreement. The Parties hereby establish that during 12 months from the date hereof the Licensor’s services in technical support for ZZZZ software shall be provided on a mandatory basis.
