1. Стороны подтверждают, что в течение продолжительного времени осуществляют сотрудничество в области поставок на территорию Российской Федерации свежих фруктов и овощей.
Стороны выражают намерение продолжить взаимовыгодное для Сторон сотрудничество в области поставок на территорию Российской Федерации свежих фруктов и овощей.2. Стороны выражают понимание того обстоятельства, что их сотрудничество носит фидуциарный характер.
При этом Стороны выражают понимание того, что именно это обстоятельство позволяет Компании осуществлять поставки свежих фруктов и овощей в адрес лиц, осуществляющих свою деятельность во взаимодействии с Поручителем, а равно – принимать платежи в счет произведенных поставок от лиц, осуществляющих свою деятельность во взаимодействии с Поручителем. |

1. The Parties confirm they have cooperated in the field of supplies of fresh fruit and vegetables to the Russian Federation for a long time.
The parties intend to further continue their mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of supplies of fresh fruit and vegetable to the Russian Federation.2. The parties understand the fiduciary nature of their cooperation.
The Parties also understand that it is the above circumstance that ensures a possibility for the Company to supply fresh fruit and vegetables to the persons that conduct business with the Bail, as well as to receive payments in respect of supplies by the persons that conduct business with the Bail.
