2. В уведомлении указывается: происхождение денежных средств / ценных бумаг, сумма денежных средств или количество, вид, серия, выпуск, транш, государственный регистрационный номер выпуска и эмитент ценных бумаг, поступивших Доверительному Управляющему в рамках осуществления деятельности по управлению ценными бумагами в интересах Учредителя Управления. Кроме того, в уведомлении указывается сумма расходов, которые были произведены Доверительным Управляющим (или должны быть произведены) в связи возвратом поступивших активов Учредителю Управления, и которые будут удержаны Доверительным Управляющим при возврате.
3. К уведомлению прилагается форма заявления, в котором Учредителю Управления предлагается указать порядок распоряжения поступившими активами: перевод денежных средств на банковский счет клиента (с указанием банковских реквизитов такого счета), перевод ценных бумаг на счет депо и/или лицевой счет в системе ведения реестра владельцев именных ценных бумаг (с указанием реквизитов соответствующих счетов). Заполненное заявление должно быть передано Доверительному Управляющему в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней с момента получения уведомления (заявления). |

2. The notice shall include: the origin of funds/securities, the amount of funds, type, series, issue date, tranche, issue state registration number and the issuer of the securities received by the Trustee within the framework of activities in securities management to the benefit of the Trustor. In addition, the notice shall contain the amount of costs incurred by the Trustee (or are to be incurred) related to the return of the assets received to the Trustor which will be deducted by the Trustee upon the return.
3. The form of an application where the Trustor should state the management procedure for the assets received shall be attached to the notice: transfer of funds to the Customer’s bank account (specifying the bank details of such account), transfer of securities to securities account and/or personal account within the register system of holders of registered securities (specifying the bank details of the relevant accounts). Completed application shall be delivered to the Trustee within 5 (five) business days from the date of receipt of such notice (application).
