В течение срока действия настоящего Договора период расторжения Договора составляет 360 дней с момента письменного уведомления.
Область применения:
Целью настоящего Договора является осуществление поставок компании ZZZ сырых древесностружечных плит, ламинированных древесностружечных плит и ХДФ 3 мм, предназначенных для изготовления мебели, которая производится компанией ZZZ
Поставляемые плиты должны соответствовать требованиям, установленным в приложении 2.
Цена и качество:
В соответствии с приложением 1а, 1b, 1c и 1d.
Цены в EURO остаются неизменными в течение месяца, пересчитываются на цены в PLN (польский злотый) в соответствии со средним коэффициентом полного предыдущего месяца на основании данных Польского Национального Банка.
Цена и количество определены на период сроком один год, начиная с 2004.09.01 по 2005.08.31 и указаны в приложении 1а, 1b, 1c и 1d.
Основанием для изменения цены является значительное изменение цены сырья или рыночных цен.
Если средняя стоимость сырья или рыночной цены изменится более чем на 10 %, обе стороны имеют право выступить с предложением о повторном ведении переговоров в отношении цены. |

Term of Agreement:
2004.09.01-2009.08.31
During the term of this Agreement, the period of termination hereof shall be 360 days from the date of written notification.
Subject-matter of the Agreement:
The subject of this Agreement is provision to ZZZ of supplies of raw particle boards, laminated particle boards, and 3-mm HDF, used for production of furniture manufactured by ZZZ.
The supplied boards shall meet the requirements, established in Attachment 2.
Price and quality:
According to Attachments 1a, 1b, 1c, and 1d.
Price in euros shall not change within one month, and shall be converted into the price in PLN (zloty) at the average rate of full previous month based on the figures of the National Bank of Poland.
Price and quality are determined for the period of 1 year, from 09.01.2004 till 08.31.2005, and specified in attachments 1a, 1b, 1c, and 1d.
Material changes in the price of raw materials or market prices shall be deemed a sufficient ground for changing the price.
In case of changes in average cost of raw materials, or the market price change by more than 10%, the parties shall be entitled to propose additional negotiations on the issue of prices.
