6. "MAINTENANCE PERIOD" shall mean the period following the delivery date of the ZZZ SOFTWARE (as scheduled in Annex 1 hereof) and ending with the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
7. "LICENSED PRODUCTS" shall mean the SSS Decoder of LICENSEE that contains or uses directly or indirectly in whole or in part the ZZZ SOFTWARE and that is precisely defined in Annex 5 of this Agreement.
8. For the calculation of RUNNING ROYALTIES (as later defined herein) a LICENSED PRODUCT shall be considered
(a) "SOLD" when invoiced to the third party purchaser, or if not invoiced prior to
delivery to the third party purchaser, when delivered to the third party purchaser, unless later returned to LICENSEE by such third party purchaser, in which case, such returns shall be handled in accordance with Articles III. 2.1.2 and IV. 2.3 (i.e., shall be deducted from the amount that LICENSEE is required to pay ZZZ for); and
(b) "USED" when first:
(i) leased or loaned to third parties; or
(ii) bartered or exchanged by LICENSEE with third parties for goods or services; or
(iii) otherwise transferred by LICENSEE to third parties.

6. «Период технического обслуживания» означает период времени, следующий за датой поставки программного обеспечения ZZZ (в соответствии со сроками, приведенными в Приложении 1 настоящего Соглашения) и заканчивающийся в момент прекращения действия или истечения срока действия настоящего Соглашения.
7. «Лицензируемые продукты» означает SSS Decoder Лицензиата, который прямо или косвенно содержит или использует в полном объеме или частично программное обеспечение ZZZ и точное определение которого приводится в Приложении 5 к настоящему Соглашению.
8. В целях расчета текущих Лицензионных платежей (в соответствии с определением, приводимым для данного термина далее по тексту настоящего Соглашения) Лицензированный продукт считается
(a) «проданным», в случаях, когда по нему третьему-лицу, выступающему в качестве покупателя, выставлен счет-фактура, либо если счет-фактура не был выставлен до
момента доставки покупателю - третьему лицу, при доставке покупателю - третьему лицу, за исключением случаев, когда он впоследствии возвращается Лицензиату данным покупателем - третьим лицом, при этом в данном случае, возврат осуществляется в соответствии с положениями пунктов 2.1.2 Статьи III и 2.3 Статьи VI. (т.е. вычитается из суммы, подлежащей уплате Лицензиатом в отношении ZZZ и
(b) «использованным», когда он впервые
(i) предоставлен в аренду или во временное пользование третьим лицам, либо
(ii) обменян Лицензиатом на товары или услуги третьих лиц, либо
(iii) иным образом передан Лицензиатом третьим лицам.
