PERFORMANCE OF WORK
1. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK
1.1. Contractor shall perform the Work as specifically described in Exhibit “A”, Scope of Work.
1.2. Contractor shall provide the Scheduled Items listed in Exhibit "A" at the place of delivery and on the date as set out in Exhibit "A" or as otherwise designated in writing by Company, properly packed and marked.
1.3. Contractor shall begin performance of the Work as specifically set out in Exhibit “A”, or if no dates are specified in Exhibit “A”, on the dates notified by Company from time to time through the issuance of a Contract Work Release. Contractor agrees to perform the Work and/or provide the Scheduled Items for Company as required pursuant to Contract Work Releases duly completed and issued on behalf of Company.
2. PERFORMANCE OF THE WORK
2.1. Contractor shall diligently perform and provide all Work in a skilful and workmanlike manner and in accordance with all terms of the Agreement.
2.2. Except as otherwise specifically agreed, Contractor shall provide all suitably qualified and skilled Personnel, all equipment, machinery, materials, consumables, and supplies, and all other things whatsoever whether of a permanent or temporary nature necessary for the performance of the Work, whether or not expressly listed in Exhibit "A" or elsewhere.
2.3. Title to all Work, including all studies, designs, specifications and data, shall belong to Company.
2.4. It is an essential condition of the Agreement that in performing its obligations Contractor strictly comply with all time requirements set out or referred to in the Agreement.
2.5. Contractor shall perform all Work to the satisfaction of Company which may reject any Work and deliveries when not in accordance with the Agreement. |

ВЫПОЛНЕНИЕ РАБОТ
1. ОПИСАНИЕ РАБОТ
1.1. Исполнитель выполняет Работы в соответствии с конкретным их описанием в Приложении A (Объем работ).
1.2. Исполнитель доставляет Материалы для выполнения работ, перечисленные в Приложении A в место доставки на дату, указанную в Приложении A, или иным образом установленную Компанией в письменной форме, в соответствующей упаковке и с надлежащей маркировкой.
1.3. Исполнитель приступает к выполнению работ в соответствии с порядком, отдельно изложенным в Приложении A, или же, если в Приложении A конкретные даты не указаны, по факту получения уведомлений от Компании путем выдачи Заказа компании на работы. Исполнитель согласился выполнять Работы и/или предоставлять Материал для выполнения работ в соответствии с требованиями Заказов компании на работы, оформленных соответствующим образом и выданных от имени Компании.
2. ВЫПОЛНЕНИЕ РАБОТ
2.1. Исполнитель выполняет все Работы прилежно и квалифицированно, а также в соответствии со всеми условиями Соглашения.
2.2. За исключением тех случае, когда иное установлено соглашением, Исполнитель предоставляет весь необходимый опытный персонал с надлежащей квалификацией, все оборудование, машины, материалы, расходные материалы и запасы, а также любые другие вещи, временного или постоянного характера, которые необходимы для выполнения Работ, независимо от того, перечислены ли они отдельно в Приложении F или в любой другой части Соглашения.
2.3. Правовой титул на все Работы, включая все исследования, планы, спецификации и данные, принадлежит Компании.
2.4. Существенным условием Соглашения является то, что при исполнении своих обязательств Исполнитель должен строго соблюдать все требования по срокам, установленные или указанные в Соглашении.
2.5. Выполняемые Исполнителем Работы должны удовлетворять Компанию, которая может не принять Работы или поставленные материалы, если таковые не соответствуют требованиям Соглашения.
