Provided, however, that each prospective franchisee to whom the representation is made shall be notified at the "time for making of disclosures" of any material change (about which the franchisor, franchise broker, or any of the agents, representatives, or employees thereof, knows or should know) in the information contained in the document(s) described by paragraphs (b)(3) and (c)(3) of this section.

Однако только при условии, что всем потенциальным фрашизополучателям, которым предоставляются заявления, сообщается в «момент раскрытия информации» о наличии каких-либо существенных изменений (о которых известно или должно быть известно франшизодателю, брокеру по франшизе, или любым его агентам, представителям или работникам) в информации, содержащейся в документе (документах), описание которого представлено в пунктах (b)(3) и (c)(3) настоящего раздела..
