The latest information on the contracting strategy for the Kandym project is based on an E+PM+CM philosophy with the
Uzbekistan
operating company providing the oversight of the procurement (“PM”) effort. The strategy assumes a seamless transfer of information from exiting pre-feasibility studies through to feasibility studies and Front End Engineering (FEED) and the beginning of detailed engineering.
Pre-feasibility or conceptual work completed by Berwanger is presently completed and will be the basis for further project development. However, the conceptual effort is based on a more traditional contracting strategy ensure complete project oversight through FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and installation. In the conceptual engineering effort, the time frame for this effort from FEED through installation and handover was a minimum of 4 ? years. FEED would require 10 to 12 months of effort followed by a bidding period for an EPC contractor. This fits into a traditional contracting approach. |

Последняя информация по стратегии организации подрядных работ в рамках проекта Кандым основана на философии E+PM+CM в условиях контроля со стороны узбекской компании-владельца участка за мероприятиями по снабжению. Эта стратегия предусматривает плавный переход информации из имеющегося предпроектного технико-экономического обоснования в основное технико-экономическое обоснование и в документы по Предварительному Проектированию (ПП), а также на начальный этап подробного проектирования.
Предпроектное технико-экономическое обоснование и концептуальные аналитические работы уже выполнены на настоящий момент компанией Berwanger и будут положены в основу дальнейшей разработки проекта. Тем не менее, мероприятия по концептуальному планированию, основанные на более традиционной стратегии организации подрядных работ, обеспечивают полный контроль над проектом в области ПП, подробного проектирования, снабжения, строительства и установки оборудования. При мероприятиях по концептуальному проектированию минимальные сроки проведения таких мероприятий от ПП до установки оборудования и передачи управления составляли 4 ? года. На ПП потребовалось бы от 10 до 12 месяцев, после чего проводился бы тендер для подбора подрядчика на выполнение работ по проектированию, снабжению и строительству. Такая схема соответствует традиционному подходу к организации подрядных работ.
