8.         Рассмотрение Заявок и Определение Участников Аукциона
8.1       По окончании срока приема заявок на участие в Аукционе Организатор торгов проверяет комплектность и правильность оформления заявок и документов, представленных претендентами
8.2       Заявки претендентов рассматриваются Организатором торгов не позднее, чем за один день до даты проведения Аукциона, указанной в Информационном сообщении. По результатам рассмотрения Организатором торгов принимается решение о допуске претендентов к участию в Аукционе и о признании претендентов участниками Аукциона. В таком решении указывается:
8.2.1 перечень всех принятых к рассмотрению заявок с указанием имен (наименований) претендентов;
8.2.2 перечень отозванных заявок;
8.2.3 имена (наименования) претендентов, признанных участниками Аукциона;

8.         Review of Bid Applications and Admission of Bidders
8.1       After the bidding deadline, the Bidding Organizer shall review the completeness and correct execution of bids and documents, submitted by the applicants.
8.2       The bids of the applicants shall be reviewed by the Bidding Organizer at least 1 day prior to the Bidding date, specified in the Information Letter. Following the results of the Bidding Organizer’s review a decision shall be made as to the admission of applications to the Bidding as well as to the recognition of the applicants as Bidders. Such decision shall contain:
8.2.1 the list of all the bids admitted for review, specifying the names of the applicants;
8.2.2 the list of revoked bids;
8.2.3 the names of applicants, recognized as the Bidders;
