04.15.07 Legal Translation. Marketing Services Agreement was the subject of this English to Russian translation. It was an agreement similar to thousands of other legal documents with introduction and preamble, defining the subject-matter, term of agreement, rights and obligations of the parties, warranties, remedies, remuneration, with confidentiality and force majeure clauses, as well as other miscellaneous provisions. Our translators didn't experience much difficulty in making this English Russian translation, although some particular aspects of this agreement required great effort and skills in legal translation.

04.12.07 Real Estate Translation. This one was a Russian to English translation of a project summary for the construction of a huge trade center in Moscow. All the issues of construction and investment attractiveness of the project were briefly analized and summarized in this document. We had to rely on our experience and understanding of real estate market issues. Also we had to look up plenty of real estate terminology all over the Internet to make use of the knowledge of English speaking real estate experts from all over the world.

04.10.07 Legal Translation. The document was to be translated from English to Russian language and contained Guidelines on vertical restraints. The Guidelines set out the principles for the assessment of vertical agreements under Article 81 of the EC Treaty. The notion of Vertical Agreements is defined in Article 2(1) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 2790/1999 of 22 December 1999 on the application of Article 81(3) of the Treaty to categories of vertical agreements and concerted practices (Block Exemption Regulation). As you understand, this Russian translation required special background in legal documentation and anti-monopoly practices of European Commission. In order to provide the best translation from English to Russian, we had to consult legal experts from a number of Internet resources and study a few other documents of the Commission that deal with the same issues.

04.07.07 Business Translation. This English Russian translation document was a paper on Human Resources Strategy and Management Standards of a big foundation organization. Policies of the organization for management of human resources are set forth and analyzed therein. The translation process involved a high degree of care, because the policies and strategies were to be attached to the foundation documents and presented to prospective investors of the organization, which requires great effort on making the text sound more like a marketing strategy than just an official paper.

04.05.07 Patent Translation. We had a big package of patent documentation for translation to Russian language from 6 Slavonic languages, (Czech to Russian translation, Slovenian to Russian translation, Polish to Russian translation, Macedonian to Russian translation, Serbian to Russian translation, Croatian to Russian translation) and another patent document for English to Russian translation. The documentation was dedicated to industrial design of oil container. Patents translated from 8 different European languages were pretty much the same with specific features of registration in each of 8 different European states. All of them contained description of the industrial design and registration information to be translated into Russian language. Here we provide an example of Polish Russian translation from this package of patent documentation.
