03.27.07 Oil Translation. As we promised, we provide the details of our huge English Russian translation project that we've been working on throughout March 2007. Although the translation documents deal with quality management in a huge corporation, we still decided to categorize this Russian translation project as oil industry translation, since the point of all the documents was the management of operations and excellence in operations of a large-sized oil and gas producing and processing company. The major difficulty of this translation was the abbreviations and corporate terminology of the client. We even had to set up a little corporate translation glossary for the purposes of this English to Russian translation project, and with a view to prospective cooperation with this corporate client.
Optimization of operations, projects management reviews, loss tracking, identification and utilization of opportunities for reduction of lost profits - that was the main idea of the translation documents. We did our best to come up with a decent professional Russian translation of world's best practice quality management network systems. You won't find any translation dictionaries on this theme, so we pretty much had to put a great effort into producing 100% correct logical translations of business and corporate concepts that introduced brand new ideas into Russian corporate language and terminology. Our Russian language translators have done their utmost to live up to the expectations of the client, which they did.

03.15.07 Currently, we are busy working on a huge quality management documents translation project. Major drawbacks of this Russian translation project include difficult formatting and complicated abbreviations. Once we are through with it, short abstracts from all the documents will be available at this web-site.

03.12.07 Medical Translation. The third and final part of the medical translation project from English to Russian language. This final piece of Russian translation was more of a legal nature rather than medical. The document contained a list of documentation required for the performance of regular audits, implementation of training and knowledge sharing schemes. As opposed to the previous two parts, the third one was a pretty easy document for our translation team for it had a lot of repetitions.

03.08.07 Medical Translation. The second part of our large medical English Russian translation project. The document deals with various procedures for visiting and auditing laboratories in Europe. The text involves some of specific scientific vocabulary, yet most of it is easy to understand. The text layout required some additional work, yet it was completely preserved.

03.06.07 Legal Translation. Bylaws of a Russian closed joint-stock company that performs activities in oil field exploration and associated civil and industrial construction. This was a regular Russian to English legal translation project involving well-known expressions and terminology of constituent documents of a legal entity. The project didn't involve too many hardships for a translator, though some effort was required to translate the article of the Bylaws about the company's activities.

03.05.07 Medical Translation. This was the first part out of three of a long-term bulky project on pharmaceuticals quality assurance documents. Our Vision
|
Translating texts into foreign languages is letting people have a look into some other people's world. While doing a good job is like showing them the light, doing a bad job is like leaving them in absolute darkness.
|
Our Vision
|
Translating and interpreting is not only about getting the speaker's message over to the person it is meant for. It is also about making one feel and understand things that are behind words.
